    A team of professors and students from Cleveland State University have developed a new Web application that will improve access to drug treatment services, reduce wait times and better ensure that individuals get the help they need.     He deals with the effects of the opioid epidemic every day at work. "I felt helpless. When this is going on in my own community," said Olmsted Township Police Chief Matthew Vanyo. Officers like Chief Vanyo had seen so much death and destruction come from addiction; they started the 'Safe Passages' program to get folks into treatment facilities.
